How do I let a girl know that I am not after sex?

I am in college, never had a girlfriend, but I see this girl in the engineering building a lot, I think she's is very attractive. So I want to get to know her, but how do I make her know that I am not after sex.

You might call me weird for that, but that's just me.

PS: I am a aeronautics engineering major, since I've been in college, only one girl has been in my core classes, so it's hard to find something in common with girls.

dont tell her you think shes hot tell her you thinks she beautifull, take he rout on proper dates ie dinner,NEVER mention sex until your going out that should help
